Thai green curry with coconut rice


Fillet of beef, triple cooked chips, peppercorn sauce, dressed watercress salad

Desserts

Roasted pineapple, rum syrup and coconut ice cream, crystallised ginger crumb

Glazed lemon tart, shortbread crumb, blackcurrant sorbet
